A nice welcome, everything very clean and food was all fresh! The reason for 4*** for food is that we couldn't work out why they have put bacon in the potatoes and bacon in the Yorkshire puddings... Just reduces the options for vegetarians at breakfast. There's lots of bacon available so you could always add to your breakfast. Chefs please take note!

Great food and service. Special mention to Deborah (think she's the manager) she was like a yo-yo today making sure everything was running smoothly with how busy it was but also to how she dealt with a woman who was absolutely awful with a loud loose tongue 🤦🏻‍♂️ thank you and we shall see you again shortly

Staff are fantastic and I find the areas very clean and tidy. Amber was fantastic with our service nothing was too much trouble. NEGATIVES FOR ME MEAT slices are so thin And not to be told by team leaders on the carvery that I can only select a choice of 2 meats on an adult plate. To be honest I wasn’t going to come back again as I didn’t enjoy my visit but we will see. The other carvery guys were great except for that one miserable person.
